Legal Expenses Cover
One of our most popular and regularly used benefits, all Chamber members can access over £670,000 worth of legal insurance, covering 9 different areas of the law from business motoring through to employment, you’d be surprised at how comprehensive the cover is! The scheme is provided by CLE, and backed by the BCC.

Available 24/7, the legal helpline provided by CLE and Qdos, provides you with the peace of mind of having a legal expert on call to help through the inevitable difficult times that all businesses face.
Regus businessworld gold cards
Our latest, exclusively negotiated deal, all Chamber members can access Regus lounges nationally or internationally. So, when you need to meet a client and don’t want to pay for room hire, and the local coffee bar isn’t appropriate, use your gold card. There are Regus offices in Basingstoke, Fleet and Farnborough locally and over 1000 centres worldwide.
Westfield Health Cash Plan
Provided by Westfield Health, this is an affordable healthcare cash package which is both an effective absence management tool and an exceptionally valuable employee benefit. The Plan provides members’ employees with cash benefits towards routine treatments as well as an Employee Assistance Programme (protecting you against any potential stress claims). And the BCC has negotiated special rates for our Chamber members.

AXA/PPP Private Medical Insurance
For those member companies offering Private Medical Insurance to their employees, this benefit provided by AXA/PPP provides a comprehensive and competitive package. When members sign up to AXA for the first time, they receive either 50% off their membership subscription for 3 years, or 20% cash back against their premium. PMI is a proven element of a competitive benefits package, and Chamber membership opens the door to significantly reduced premiums.
HR Documentation and online recruitment support
Free documentation such as employment contracts or employee handbooks are available to all Member Plus members. There is also access to more than 150 downloadable policies and forms. Any employer with staff will need to have certain documentation in place and this service provides free, easy, accessible guidance. There is also a 24/7 helpline to support members who need additional support. We have added an extra service which provides specific help on recruitment issues.

Discounts on North Hampshire Enterprise commercial services
As an accredited Chamber, we provide export documentation services to members (Certificates of Origin, EUR1, Letters of Credit), and would be delighted to support any existing or fledging exporters. We can also provide a link into UK Trade and Investment to provide help on specific export or market issues. We provide discounts on this service to Member Plus members.
North Hampshire Enterprise has recently launched its training service, and Member Plus Members will gain a discount on all our training courses, which are already competitively priced. Where we cannot provide the solution, we know a range of public and private sector providers who will be able to supply the answer.

Campaigning on Your Behalf
We take our lobbying role very seriously. We have the backing of the BCC and its national links into central government which allows us to raise issues at a much higher level than we could do on our own. In addition, we work with local MPs and local authorities across the North Hampshire region, and we are happy to raise any issues that member companies may have with appropriate authorities.
