We've been enjoying a busy start to autumn and have no plans in stopping there! October and November are looking very promising and then there's Christmas – yes, I said it!
Guests from North Hampshire's premier membership joined us on the terrace at the House of Commons for a delightful afternoon tea. Local MP's joined the group to talk to constituents face to face about the problems they face in their businesses. Mike Weatherly gave a short talk and he was joined by the chairman of our sister chamber (Sussex Enterprise) at the lectern. Southern Water, EDF Energy, & Farnborough Collage of Technology were just some of the businesses represented at the event.
On 14th September we had a fantastic turn out for a challenging subject over breakfast. Jason Collins from The Pensions Advisory Service presented a realistic and eye opening presentation preparing businesses for the new regulations coming into force as of next year. As if we hadn't had enough of fine food and good company, our Gala Dinner provided a night of fine food, networking and an engaging talk from Security expert Craig Goodwin. The backdrop for this event was the beautiful Lainston House Hotel who spoilt us again with their excellent service and first class dining.
We're breaking the rules in November at Farnborough College so we can sell more! We'd love you join our gang of rebels! And to thank our members for all their support during the year we have an exclusive members only lunch on the 8th December, we're promised something special...
