The Quarterly Economic Survey
The Quarterly Economic Survey (QES) is conducted by the British Chambers of Commerce (BCC) and is the largest regular independent survey of businesses in the UK. The QES is a prestigious economic indicator used by the Bank of England in their monthly inflation report and other City institutions use the data we collect. The QES is more important now than it ever has been and is growing in its influence. This is your chance to let the Government know what is important to you and how the current economic climate is impacting on your business.
Each quarter, over 7,000 businesses in every region of the country participate in the QES. Questions cover home sales and orders, export sales and orders, employment prospects, investment, recruitment issues, cash flow, confidence and price pressures.
Your input will help us to address the issues facing North Hampshire businesses. Please take a few moments to complete the questionnaire, using the link below. The fieldwork duration is two weeks from the date of this email.
The survey is available online at www.britishchambers.org.uk/qes and you will need:
Password: economy
Chamber ID number: 86
